CREDIT CARD AT THE TIME OF WASH
Drivers can pay using a company credit card, fuel card (must be one of four major accepted credit cards), or personal card at the time of service.

Because drivers can select their preferred wash package and add-on services at the time of the wash, final costs may vary and are not predetermined by the fleet manager.

Keep a company credit card securely on file in your customer account for your fleet's washes. To set up your account, we require information on all vehicles running on your account, including license plate number, make, model, and year, as well as unit number if applicable.

FLEET WASH BOOK
A prepaid wash program that allows you to purchase washes in advance and customize services for your fleet. To receive your wash book, we require information on all vehicles running on your account, including license plate number, make, model, and year, as well as unit number if applicable.

Important Note:
Wash books are configured with the specific wash package and services selected by the fleet manager. Additional services outside of the selected package are not included. If a wash package includes a trailer wash, the same wash credit is used whether the vehicle arrives with or without a trailer attached.
